About the opportunity
As our Strategic Sourcing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how Australia Post makes long-term commercial investment decisions. Reporting to the Senior Strategic & Sourcing Manager and working closely with senior business leaders, Legal, Finance and Procurement stakeholders, you'll lead complex sourcing initiatives from strategy through to negotiation and contract execution. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions, drive commercial value and help build the future procurement capability of Australia Post.

- Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market engagement activities and lead commercial evaluations and negotiations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver commercially sound and strategically aligned outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, tools and ways of working while ensuring compliance with governance and procurement frameworks.
