About the opportunity
As an Indoor Delivery Officer, you'll play an important role in keeping parcels moving through Australia Post's network. Working in a fast-paced operational environment, you'll:
- Physically load parcels and mail into trailers and Unit Load Devices (ULDs).
- Working on the dock to receive, sort and prepare parcels for dispatch.
- Weigh and process ULDs in line with operational requirements.
- Set up the dock and work areas to support daily operations.
- Stage and load parcels safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Operate pallet jacks and stackers where required.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, teamwork and operational excellence.

About you
- Flexible and willing to work extra hours when needed.
- Detail‑focused, reliable and able to handle mail and parcels up to 16kg.
- Communicate clearly, work proactively and support teammates in busy environments.
- Experience with pallet jacks or stackers is helpful but not essential.
