Being in a business support role at Australia Post means helping our people deliver for every Australian. Just like our Posties, you’re still the people behind every parcel. Whatever your team or role, you’re helping grow our people, grow our business and making a lasting impact on the Australian community. You’ll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.
About the opportunity
The Executive Manager, Strategy & Transformation (S&T) plays a pivotal role in driving strategic priorities, strengthening operational effectiveness and enabling successful delivery across a broad and evolving portfolio.
Reporting to the EGM Strategy & Transformation, you’ll provide strategic and commercial advice, strengthen governance and operating rhythms, and connect priorities, people and programs to enable effective decision-making and delivery. An exceptional communicator and trusted adviser, you’ll bring strong consulting and stakeholder management capability, commercial acumen and expertise in preparing high-quality executive and Board papers. You’ll build trusted relationships and influence effectively at all levels, remaining agile and responsive as priorities evolve.
This is a great opportunity to work at the centre of Strategy & Transformation, partnering with senior leaders on some of the organisation’s most important priorities. You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution, bringing structure to complexity, influencing enterprise-wide outcomes and helping S&T maintain momentum in a changing environment.
