About Your Role
In this key role, you will make a significant impact across our Network Operations business by hitting the ground running and partnering with hiring and business leaders to:
- Lead and manage recruitment projects, delivering end-to-end campaign strategies, facilitate engagement centres from planning to execution.
- Partner with our EB team to utilise social media platforms to create compelling content, build awareness, and attract diverse talent pools, targeting specific generations and career changers.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and job fairs, showcasing the exciting opportunities available and connecting with potential candidates.
