The role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing supply chain capability across a complex and fast-growing international environment. You will lead the development of local sourcing, procurement and logistics strategies, ensuring that supply chain activities support programme delivery, operational performance and long-term growth.
Day-to-day you’ll be required to:
- Developing and delivering supply chain strategies aligned to business growth and operational needs
- Managing supplier identification, onboarding and performance across goods and services
- Leading sourcing activities including requests for quotation, negotiations and award recommendations
- Coordinating logistics, warehousing, customs processes and material flow
- Collaborating with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to support bid and execution planning
This role is based at Jakarta, Indonesia.
Essential experience of the Supply Chain Manager:
- Demonstrating experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics leadership roles
- Managing supplier relationships, performance and qualification processes
- Leading sourcing activities and negotiations within structured procurement environments
- Working within industrial sectors such as defence, maritime, engineering or manufacturing
- Applying knowledge of local supply markets, logistics and import or export considerations
Qualifications for the Supply Chain Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
