The role
As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll play a central role in coordinating and enabling business operations across a complex, multi-functional environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help ensure alignment across functions including business development, operations, finance and supply chain to support programme delivery.
Day-to-day you’ll be required to:
- Coordinating cross-functional activities across operations, engineering, supply chain, HR and finance
- Supporting senior leadership with planning, reporting and execution of day-to-day activities
- Managing logistics and readiness for field operations, including travel, site coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Producing reporting packs, documentation and executive briefings for internal stakeholders
- Overseeing budgets, resources and supplier relationships to support operational delivery
This role is based at Jakarta, Indonesia.
Essential experience of the Business Operations Manager:
- Demonstrating experience in business operations, programme management or similar roles
- Working across cross-functional teams in complex or multinational environments
- Applying strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Using business systems and tools to support reporting, planning and decision making
Qualifications for the Business Operations Manager:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
