About you
As an ideal fit for this type of opportunity, you'll have:

• Demonstrated experience in subcontract, procurement or commercial roles within an engineering or defence organisations
• Good commercial skill and acumen with proven ability in contract negotiation and administration
• Ability to form strong working relationships in a project environment with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
• An ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements

Whilst not essential, degree or tertiary qualification in supply chain, procurement, engineering or commercial discipline and professional procurement qualification with prior experience in construction, shipbuilding of defence projects is desirable
As Defence security clearances are required for these roles, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
