We currently have a unique opportunity as a Procurement and Supply Chain (SC) Business Application Support Lead within our Supply Chain Function based in Edinburgh, South Australia. (We are alos accepting applicants from Perth, WA as well)

Your new role:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Business Applications Manager, you will be responsible to lead user access, support and training, test system upgrades and interfaces and deliver the incremental continuous improvement of SC business applications.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead the delivery of end user support for supply chain business applications (Oracle ERP and / AVEVA ERM) via the supply chain service desk (Jira), including issue resolution, access requests and queries.
- Deliver continuous improvement of enterprise systems and processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and requirements development for continuous improvement activities.
- Lead the prioritisation of issue resolution and improvements, working closely with other functions.
- Lead the maintenance, data integrity and compliance of supply chain modules in accordance with business and governance policies.
- Lead testing activities relating to upgrades and continuous improvement activities, including creation of testing procedures and training.
- Lead the development and delivery of new user training for supply chain business applications.
- Provide procurement and supply chain analysis and expertise for continuous improvement projects lead by other functions and projects.
- Proactively maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise, including Engineering, Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Operations and Finance.
About you:
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:
- Experience working with procurement and/or supply chain applications (e.g. Oracle (Cloud/on-prem), AVEVA, SAP, Blue Yonder, ivalua, GEP, Icertis, Coupa and Jaegger).
- Experience working in a supply chain or procurement role.
- Strong communicator with an ability to negotiate and influence internal and/or external stakeholders and deliver training in a classroom or workshop environment.
- An ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Whilst not essential, qualification business management, procurement/supply chain management, innovation and technology, Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies discipline is desirable.
- Working knowledge of internal audits and financial controls.
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
Whilst not essential, degree qualification business management, procurement/supply chain management, innovation and technology related discipline is desirable.
