Your new role:
Reporting to the Program Change Manager, you will work with stakeholders across the program to support and manage the delivery of program change.
Key responsibilities will see you:
- Ensure that change sentenced through the change boards is planned, managed and processed efficiently and effectively, including the preparation and distribution of agenda and minutes for the change boards, and managing actions accordingly
- Capture the impact of change, through analysis and reporting
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on the overall change management framework to enable a standardised and consistent application of the change processes, inclusive of IM&T infrastructure
- Work closely with stakeholders to enable the effective control of change across the Program (including Engineering, Program Management, Finance and Operations)
- Maintain and enhance the program change metrics and reporting
About you:
As an ideal applicant, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Awareness of Configuration control and/or Change Management
- Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in supporting meetings and reporting metrics
- Prior experience working on defence or construction projects would be desirable
- Experience using PLM tools and other ERP tools
