We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a part time Office Manager at our Sydney office where you will work closely with the local Executive Assistants (EA's), Facilities Manager (FM), Facilities Contractor, Security and IM&T to ensure the office runs efficiently, and to build a sense of community within the office. Work days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Your new role:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient running of the office and providing support to internal and external visitors and employees. In more specific terms you will:
- Work with the Site Lead to develop and implement processes and procedures as required to ensure an efficient and effective running office
- Provide guidance, information and support to EA's and employees that need to schedule both internal and external meetings and/ or conferences. This includes catering, presentation material and logistics
- Provide support as required for VIP's and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member visits. This includes providing relevant information on logistics, meeting rooms, site access and catering as required, to those running the visit.
- Distribution of communications to the site
- Plan office team building activities, functions and work conferences
- Ensure meeting spaces are properly requisitioned ahead of schedule
- Liaise with the FM regarding maintenance and upkeep of the office
- Provide ongoing support for the sites Information Management and Technology (IMT) as required to ensure appropriate responses to situations can be achieved
- Manage catering supplies including drinks, plates, cutlery etc. and any other items as required and within allocated budget
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Local point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks as required
About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and lean in approach with a flexible and enthusiastic “can do” attitude
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- An ability to liaise and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Suite along with SharePoint & Oracle (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role
