More specifically you will be accountable for:

- Proven experience in managing software lifecycle development and deployment of projects: Drive requirements definition, analysis, gaps and outcomes to ensure solution recommendations are fit for purpose
- An end-to-end understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle (engineering, resource, cost and quality planning, supply chain management, production scheduling and outputs) is critical to managing the diverse and complex business stakeholders
- Ability to build and nurture productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across functional teams. An appreciation of broader functional areas (such as Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, SHE, Change Management and Quality) and impacts is critical in being able to manage expectations, build consensus and agreement on solution outcomes and commitment on activities
- Have great communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management experience; partnering with internal and external parties to understand and articulate outcomes being sought by the project
- Have relevant qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMI-PMP) and have experience working within organisations that followed either PMI, Prince2 or Agile methods
