What you’ll do:

Our consultants are investigative, creative, managers and collaborators who work together as an integrated team, delivering extraordinary outcomes for our clients. You will receive world class training and the opportunity to develop a broad business toolkit that will elevate your career at Bain and beyond.

As a new consultant, you’ll quickly join client case teams, as an integral team member where you will:

  • Be intimately involved in each client’s organization and industry
  • Turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions
  • Move clients to action with plans to execute our recommendations
  • Manage and mentor junior team members

You will work with colleagues on a variety of case teams, allowing you to develop close relationships with peers and case managers that you can turn to throughout your career. In addition, you’ll have a program manager and personal mentor, who works with you to ensure your experience at Bain aligns with your personal and professional goals.

Each day will be different, but they will all be rewarding.

About you:

We recruit talented experienced professionals from a wide array of industries and backgrounds, including finance, law, consulting, engineering, technology, healthcare, start-ups and many others.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including managing, or collaborating with others, to successfully complete client assignments or end-to-end project management
  • A highly motivated person, who is a committed and inclusive team player, able to think for themselves, with a keen business sense
  • A robust diagnostic skillset and demonstrated problem solving capability
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, including presenting qualitative and quantitative data
  • Deadline orientated, organised and able to multitask
  • Flexible and willingness to travel locally and globally
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members
  • You will hold an undergraduate / masters / MBA / PhD from a top university with consistently strong academic results.
