You will have a strong working knowledge of governance frameworks, risk mitigation and assessments and business continuity planning. Those with a keen interest in cyber security risks will be highly sought after.
About The Role
The Risk and Security Specialist plays a key role within the Governance Team, and will responsible for the development of risk management plans in line with the our Strategy 2030. The role will work closely with the Cyber Security Lead to ensure compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI), maintaining an up to date register and monitoring changes to our risk profile.
As the role will work with key people leaders across the business, you will be responsible for reporting on risk management activities to senior management and support the ongoing emergency management process.
A role with autonomy, you will be capable to manage your time effectively and as such require a methodical approach to problem solving. The role will be key to ensure Barwon Water remains true to our core values to be accountable to our community and stakeholders.
