About the Role
As the Relationship Manager you will work closely with our existing client base for client retention and articulation of our capabilities to offer further services through expert relationship development skills. Furthermore, you will ensure our clients’ needs are understood and communicated internally.
You will be instrumental in contributing to the growth of BAS through both targeted and organic sales growth and responsible for creating future growth opportunities through the development of existing segments, identifying new segments and tender opportunities.
The Relationship Manager will provide insightful market intelligence and build trust across our partners and stakeholders with a view to developing impactful partnerships across the region.
You will be responsible for working with the broader leadership team to identify and develop new strategic opportunities for business growth.
You will be a creative thinker who thrives on a challenge. With a proven history in providing increased commercial activity in the infrastructure industry, government sectors or similar fields. You will be empowered to seek out opportunities, will rely on highly attuned communication and negotiation skills and through your self-discipline.
A true collaborator and influencer of others, you will be comfortable reporting and presenting to senior management through your knowledge, attention to detail, articulate trends and insights to meet our changing business needs.
Blending practical experience in growing a commercial business with a university degree, you will have a strong working knowledge of OHS risk management and customer focused outlook. This role will require travel and as such you will need a current drivers’ license.
