About the role
Our Strategy 2030 vision is to enable regional prosperity. In this senior role, you’ll lead the execution of our aspirational 5-year digital transformation roadmap that supports the refreshed strategic direction for Barwon Water.
As a partner to the Senior Leadership Team and Board, you’ll ensure the digital transformation is delivered on time and budget, and in a manner respectful of Barwon Water’s strategic goals, policies and values.
A highly regarded leader with solid program execution experience, you’ll build effective internal and external relationships, in particular with our Program Delivery partner. You understand the value of a constructive partnership, effectively leading and learning from external delivery partners to build internal capability and help realise Barwon Water Group’s primary strategy.
About you
With in-depth knowledge and experience in digital business process transformation, you’ve had leadership responsibilities in large digital program delivery, understanding good practice in action.
You’re someone with excellent business, resource management, and financial skills, who demonstrates strong political acumen and governance, with an understanding of how to align business and community needs with environmental, sustainability and financial goals. You’re an outstanding communicator with exceptional stakeholder management strengths, and you build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to drive outcomes and improvements.
An experienced leader of multidisciplinary teams, you are adept at influencing colleagues and collaborators. You’re passionate to deliver real change and benefit to the organisation.
Experience in the leadership of transformative digital programs is essential.
