The Surveyor coordinates the delivery of surveying and spatial tasks and collaborates with the Spatial Information leadership team to ensure optimisation of resources, sharing of knowledge and effective work planning.
Utilising the latest breed of multi-stations, scanners and UAVs , you will provide surveying and spatial services that underpin the design, concept, construction and recording of new projects. This includes engineering surveys, topographic mapping, monitoring surveys, depth capacity analysis and associated reporting.
Investing in research & development and best practice, the Surveyor will have a thirst for continual improvement and will support projects that have lasting legacy and will redefine our region for years to come.
About you
A passionate advocate for technology, you love a challenge and are looking to develop your career as you investigate use of new and emerging technologies in the delivery of services to clients.
Your personality and enthusiasm will excite those around you as you collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. The combination of your qualifications and experience will support working knowledge of surveying and spatial data as you solve problems of varying complexities.
Those with drone licenses will be highly desired, but the business can support you on this journey. You will, however, have a desire to take control of emergent technologies as part of your role, to a high level of care and with attention to detail.
