About the role
The Process Improvement Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of project delivery across our region. In this role, you’ll lead the design and improvement of frameworks, processes, and tools that drive efficient and consistent project outcomes.
With your expertise in capital construction project delivery including knowledge of risk management and cost estimating data management you’ll deliver tools and processes that uplift our department in these areas and more. A key element will be aligning solutions with the needs of stakeholders throughout the business and alignment with Barwon Water’s strategic objectives.
You’ll conceptualise end to end solutions, including developing the ideas, identifying the technology required for the processes, building the tools and processes yourself and rolling out the solution to all stakeholders.
About you
As an experienced professional, you’ll have a strong background in project delivery principles and be very savvy with a wide software and applications. Your innovative and creative approach allows you to learn quicky, adapt and communicate the complex effectively.
You excel at stakeholder management, synthesising specialist information for diverse audiences, and thrive in environments that require creative problem-solving and resilience.
Your qualifications will be challenged in this exciting role, but your experience with risk processes, project costings and technologywill underpin your success. You are open to feedback, adept at managing ambiguity, and committed to fostering collaborative relationships as you work in a close knit team who will support your continued growth.
