Betfair Australia is on the lookout for Customer Service Operator to join our overnight team on a part-time basis.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- A passionate sport and/or racing enthusiast with a strong drive for speed, competition, and positive energy.
- Someone who enjoys teamwork and having some banter in the workplace.
- Someone who enjoys customer service and is committed to consistently delivering exceptional support and building their knowledge.
Key Responsibilities (training provided):
- Undertaking the registration, KYC (Identity Verification) and education of new customers.
- Efficiently and professionally answer calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and accurately completing bet placement on their behalf.
- Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails.
- Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented.
- Continually updating knowledge around products and services.
- Promoting safer gambling practices by advocating for sustainable approaches and ensuring our platform remains a positive experience for all.
What you will bring:

- A high level of attention to detail, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Applications
