I’m forever grateful to Betfair for allowing me the flexibility I needed during lockdowns, where my partner was an essential worker and I was juggling two kids at home. Betfair allowed me to have flexible hours and to move between full time and part time with no questions or hesitations. Additionally, the continued commitment to WFH has allowed me to be there for my oldest son, to help him through the transition to school, another thing that I’ll always be thankful for. I always tell my friends that the best part about Betfair is that people come first, it’s an incredibly supportive workplace.
