Reporting to the Risk Manager, you will work closely with operational teams, subcontractors and client representatives. You will keep registers, audit actions and corrective actions organised and on track, and analyse compliance data to identify performance trends and risk issues early, so everyone knows what is needed and when.

The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and detail focused, with clear communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of keeping things accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain compliance registers, including Business Improvement Forms, Agreed Training Initiatives, audit findings and corrective actions
  • Assist with audit preparation, documentation and follow up
  • Support the tracking and resolution of non-conformances and compliance findings
  • Analyse compliance data to identify performance trends and risk issues, and share clear insights and opportunities to improve
  • Prepare and share compliance reports and management information
  • Keep an eye on deadlines so actions are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate, current and auditable compliance records
  • Build positive relationships with operational teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas that improve quality, governance and compliance processes

Education, Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Experience in compliance administration, quality assurance, governance, contract administration or a similar coordination role
  • Experience maintaining registers, records and compliance documentation
  • Experience analysing compliance data to identify performance trends and risk issues
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights
  • Strong organisation and administration skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Compliance, Quality Assurance or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Full working rights in Australia

Desirable:

  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, housing or government contracts
  • Knowledge of compliance management systems, audit processes and continuous improvement methods
  • Understanding of contractual compliance and governance requirements
