- Develop consistent reporting processes, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for the client.
- Collect, validate and report on performance data and KPIs, including Power BI reporting.
- Manage the KPI Failure calculation process to meet self-reporting requirements and reduce contract risk.
- Oversee the day-to-day FM Help Desk, making sure requests are logged accurately, prioritised and allocated correctly.
- Recruit, train and coach Help Desk Operators, including a structured induction program.
- Respond to issues on event days to keep facilities available and KPI Failure risk low.
- Coordinate subcontractor access so maintenance staff can stay focused on site work.
- Support budgets, purchase orders, work orders and invoice approvals.
- Build positive relationships with the client, contractors and internal teams, and run client meetings.

Essential:
- At least 3 years' experience in a facilities management or audit environment (all levels encouraged to apply)
- At least 3 years' experience preparing written reports and recommendations for clients and managers (all levels encouraged to apply)

- Experience with CMMS or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong people management skills, ideally in a customer service environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
