The Role
Exciting casual and full time Lifeguard opportunities available for our largest client.
With this amazing employment opportunity, we are also offering $1000 sign on bonus for full time staff - $ 500 at commencement of employment and $500 after 6 months of employment!!
These roles are primarily based in Holsworthy, Richmond, Mosman, Watson’s Bay and Randwick NSW.
The successful candidates will be required to work a flexible rotating roster from 5:30am to 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays. Rosters will be allocated a month in advance depending on preference.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
- Daily operations and care taking of pools (and gyms when required)
- Check member sign-in and ensure members follow facility rules
- Lifeguard supervision
- Pool water testing
- First responder to First Aid incidents
Skills & Experience
- Pool Lifeguard Award, First Aid and CPR Qualifications are essential (qualifications can be endorsed and paid by BGIS)
- Driver’s Licence and Own Vehicle is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to pass a medical fitness assessment
- Able to work with limited supervision
