The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an organization's buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

This role is based primarily at Sydney Domestic Airport, however, travel to multiple client sites across Sydney CBD.

  • Managing the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring that the contractual KPIs are achieved
  • Customer advocacy through exceptional service;
  • Interfacing with all internal and external customers
  • Active management of employees and subcontractors through effective leadership and communication
  • Manage day-to-day operations of client facilities across Sydney

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in integrated services and property model managing large-scale maintenance activities
  • Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
  • Qualified or experienced in Facilities Management
