Plumber - 3 months contract

We're thrilled to present an enticing opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber to join our valued client account within the Health industry. This role offers a 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for the efficient performance and self-delivery of planned and reactive commercial maintenance across multiple vital clients.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and fully Vaccinated.

Responsibility:

  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance across the Contract.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients
  • Assist various other trades and services to support the day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Assist in the large volume of TMV and Backflow devices to be serviced periodically
  • Assist in regular Legionella prevention processes and water sampling procedures.
  • Manage contractors for both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
