Position Overview:

BGIS is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Henderson, Western Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management of facilities and ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
• Monitor and manage contractors to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and deliver high-quality work.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to facility management.

Qualifications:

• Australian citizenship is mandatory for security reasons.
• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
