BGIS is currently experiencing strong company growth and requires a Facilities Administrator to join our team.
The Role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the contract team including:
- Administration such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and preparation of correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, plans and reporting meeting minutes as required
- Assisting the BGIS team with contractor management
- Assisting with the management of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work and information currency as required
- Processing of incoming invoices.
- Process financial spend through Fraedom.
- Monitor stationary budget.
- Process all incoming invoices under contract and BGIS guidelines and submit for payment.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum – Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant formal qualifications such as diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
