Facilities Administrator

BGIS is currently experiencing strong company growth and requires a Facilities Administrator to join our team.

The Role

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the contract team including:

  • Administration such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and preparation of correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, plans and reporting meeting minutes as required
  • Assisting the BGIS team with contractor management
  • Assisting with the management of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work and information currency as required
  • Processing of incoming invoices.
  • Process financial spend through Fraedom.
  • Monitor stationary budget.
  • Process all incoming invoices under contract and BGIS guidelines and submit for payment.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum – Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant formal qualifications such as diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
