The Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing asset data, generating work orders, and maintaining work schedules. The role provides support to the team while also positively interacting with all internal and external stakeholders.
You can work out of our Parramatta or Berkshire Park Office, NSW.
In this role you will:
- Delegate and allocate planned maintenance work orders as required to ensure contract requirements
- Provide support and assistance to the Contract Manager / Facilities Managers as needed
- Conduct periodic review of service documents
- Liaise with vendors as needed to obtain compliance documentation
- Maintain asset management database as needed
- Maintain and update internal registers following receipt of documentation
- Understand the WHSE requirements and processes for work tasks and the elimination of workplace hazards.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work independently and be highly organized and data driven at all times
- Previous experience with Property Management and Facilities Management highly regarded but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in administration and Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Able to build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
