We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team based in Waverton, NSW. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various facilities, contributing to a safe and comfortable working environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair activities, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Manage a team of facilities technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clients and other departments, to address specific facility-related needs and concerns.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of facilities management operations.
Qualifications:
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field, with at least [X years] in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in facilities management or a related field will be highly regarded.
