As an EMOS (Estate Maintenance & Operations Services) Manager based at Holsworthy Barracks, NSW you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and operations services of the estate. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are operating at peak efficiency, maintaining a high standard of quality, and meeting the needs of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance and operations professionals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with the client and provide regular updates on the status of projects and services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Identify and implement best practices for facility management.
Qualifications:
- Australian Citizen (mandatory requirement).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management and operations (minimum 4 years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
