The Role
As a mobile Carpentry / Building Team Leader, you will be managing a team of 5+ Technicians completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests.
This role is based in Richmond, NSW.
- Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achieved
- Manage daily operations of the Technicians, review various reports and assist State Manager where required
- Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget
- Build Strong relationships and increase works on site
Skills and Experience
- Cert 3 in Carpentry
- Driving Licence
- White Card
