About the Role

Reporting to the Coordinator EIS Administration, and supporting 2 Managers, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture, where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding administrative support to all employees and contractors for Copper South Australia.

Location: Adelaide Office (10 Franklin street)
Roster: 5 days on; 2 days off
Department: EIS Administration
Manager: Coordinator EIS Administration
Employment Type: Permanent

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide confidential clerical and administrative support on a daily basis to the Manager, including calendar management.
  • Coordinate and assist in the Collation of Reports (both internal and external)
  • Support and coordinate Department visitors.
  • Organise travel arrangements for the department.
  • Reconcile travel journals and credit cards
  • Book conference rooms, laptop & data show and set up meeting requests as required.
  • Coordination of team meetings and functions.
  • Source and purchase goods and consumables within 1SAP, including reservations, requisitioning and service entries for all areas of your relevant department.
  • Take initiative to look for process improvements and to seek better ways of working.
  • Liaise with and maintain good relations with other administrators and departments across site.
  • Initiate and support improvement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness and support the team’s BOS routines and contribute to maturity

About You

  • Experience responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Ideally possess previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using the Microsoft 365 suite
  • A working knowledge of 1SAP (or a similar enterprise application)
  • Ability to work effectively within the Copper SA operations and functional teams
  • Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines and work collaboratively across teams
  • Flexibility in the way you approach your work and prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience on a mine site will be highly regarded
