About the Role
If you are a self-motivated, forward thinking executive assistant who is ready to make a difference, then this is a great opportunity for you. The Integrated Remote Operations Center (IROC+) encompasses a large Brisbane based team, with 24/7 operational control of our Coal operations and outbound supply chain.
Reporting to the General Manager IROC+, you will join an inclusive and strong performance oriented culture, where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding support to this dynamic leadership team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the GM IROC+ and the leadership team to produce deliverables; including key reports and presentations, and other deliverables as required;
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimization solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of leadership team;
- Consistently optimize forward planning to ensure key focus areas are addressed, preparation is managed and team/stakeholder engagement is embedded
- Supporting Business Planning throughout planning cycles;
- Diary and email management to enable the efficient organization and execution of daily activities;
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics;
- Using SAP for purchasing (POs/ PRs) and expense reconciliation;
- Event management with both internal and external stakeholders; and Supporting projects and other ad hoc duties as required.

- Secretariat for IROC+ Health, Wellness and Inclusion Committee
About You
- Experienced executive assistant who has previously supported a senior executive, with a proven ability to work autonomously, proactively establish priorities and take responsibility for time sensitive deliverables.
- Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills will be an asset - as will your attention to detail, initiative and talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Advocate for leveraging digital technologies to enable collaboration and the simplification of tasks, and possess strong knowledge of office suite systems.
