About the Role
In this newly created role, we are seeking a Manager Enterprise and Platform Strategy to join the BHP Technology Strategy, Portfolio & Performance team. This role leads a team focussed on the development of BHP’s Enterprise and Platform Strategy for BHP Technology.
Translates emerging technologies, user and global business requirements into a cohesive end to end strategy to meet current and future needs.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of BHP’s end to end enterprise strategy, pulling together a unified view across each of the SPP technical specialities in data, cloud, networks and digital. Strategy articulates how each fits together, depends and enables key capabilities to drive productivity and value for the business.
- Provides technology thought leadership on enterprise platforms and roadmaps for ongoing maturity and transformation as SPPs key enterprise architect.
- Considers, defines and documents the BHP enterprise platforms creating the end to end view of the complete technology landscape.
- Defines capabilities, partnerships and support required in BHP to build and operate cloud strategy in partnership with the Enterprise and Global technology teams.
- Plans and manages enterprise platform strategy principal’s work, and spans other indirect contributors as required to work for defined outcome.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- Experience defining as-is, to-be technology transformation roadmaps.
- Experience in advisory and/or consultative development of architectures and strategies across matrixed organisations.
- Experience in leading small, deeply technical teams to develop end to end enterprise architectures.
- Experience in diverse Stakeholder management.
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering or Technology/IT and cloud certification.
