About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Drill Operators to join our Drill & Blast team at Mt Keith. As an appointed Drill Operator, your experience operating the D65 Rig & Viper Drills would be highly regarded.

About you

Your expertise in problem solving & diagnostics, coupled with your ability to communicate and build strong team relationships will make you an ideal candidate. Your focus on continuous improvement along with your ability to coach and mentor will be advantageous. Ideally you will meet the following requirements:

  • Hold the relevant tickets and licenses that are applicable to your skill set
  • A commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail and procedure
  • The ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • A strong desire to learn and a high level of enthusiasm to develop a range of new skills
  • A teamwork mentality to achieve results
  • Hold a full class C drivers licence
