About the Role
- 7 days,7nights on 7 days off FIFO from Perth
- Range of job-share options from 50% to 75% with varying roster patterns
We are seeking a talented Mining Production Supervisor to join our inclusive and high performing Production team to work in a collaborative environment. As a supervisor, you will have strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence our safety culture. Your ability to lead by example, be proactive and prioritise Field Leadership activities will be critical to your success.
Reporting to the Superintendent Mine Services, as Supervisor Mine Services you will play a pivotal role in safely executing Mine Services operations. You will lead the safe execution of activities undertaken by front-line mobile plant operating personnel, in accordance with operating standards, procedures and defined processes to deliver optimal outcomes in line with targets for HSEC, Cost and Volume. You will also guide the team to be focused on the supervision of open cut mine operations, including ensuring others to achieve safety, productivity and engagement targets.
You will be first and foremost focused on creating a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, engaging, developing and coaching your team. You will lead by example, support a diverse and inclusive team and apply a continuous improvement approach to identify and improve upon our operating philosophy and processes ensuring a safety first approach at all times.

About You
The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead positive change and support continued development. As a leader you will have an absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards, mine working procedures and ensure a safe and environmentally healthy workplace.
To be successful for this role you will have:

Substantial mine services supervisory experience, preferably gained within a large-scale mining operation;

Working knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Act & Regulations;

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to foster positive working relationships and be adaptable to various communication styles.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, lead and facilitate cooperation with production personnel.

A proven ability to plan, organise and coordinate a variety of tasks within a dynamic environment.

Possess intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP and similar systems and databases.

Minimum C Class Australian Driver’s Licence.
