About the Role
We are seeking a Specialist Leadership Development to support the deployment of leadership focused capability programs for Operations Services (OS).
Reporting to the Superintendent Leadership Development, this position will cover the breadth of learning content design, delivery planning and program facilitation. Additionally, this role will support reporting and integration activities to demonstrate performance and value delivered to OS and BHP.
This role is predominantly office based with travel required intermittently to support delivery of programs in Perth & Brisbane. Flexibility options for roster and location will be discussed through the selection process.
Your key deliverables include:

Oversee the delivery of portfolio programs of KickStart for Leaders, Leaders Week & Future Leaders including schedule management, logistics and program planning.

Facilitation of key programs and coordination of subject matter experts/ guest facilitators.

Development of program content and identification of improvement opportunities to deliver sustainable value for OS and BHP.

Periodic monitoring and reporting to deliver our business plan and strategic goals.

Provide support to wider OS Leadership Development portfolio of programs as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have prior experience in facilitating learning programs including the ability to engage a diverse group of participants in discussions and activities.

Ability to develop learning programs to address key capability needs.

Be able to work both collaboratively across the team and stakeholders, as well as independently where required by your work.

Have strong communication, influencing and engaging skills to operate across multiple layers of the organisation from frontline leaders through to senior management.

Maintain good organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and exercise sound judgement.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Forms; with experience using Canvas desirable.
