About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced process technicians to join our talented Kalgoorlie team. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the day to day operations of achieving department targets in a safe and efficient manner. We have multiple roles available to commence throughout 2023. The opportunities will sit within the areas below. On the job training will be provided.

In this role you will:
- Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the workplace.

- To be considered for these positions having prior experience within the Mining, Manufacturing or similar industries will be highly regarded.
We are seeking applications from individuals who are keen to learn new skills, have a proactive attitude and willing to be part of a high performing, collaborative team. We are committed to supporting employment within Western Australia. To be considered for this role, you must currently reside in Kalgoorlie or be willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie for the duration of your employment.
Please note there are both permanent and fixed term roles available, operating on a 2 days, 2nights, 4 off shift pattern.
