We're hiring multiple Customer Care Administrators to join our dynamic Student Experience team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this is your opportunity to support students every step of their journey - from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond.

Be the friendly face and voice of Box Hill Institute! In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you'll support students at every stage of their journey - from first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, provide clear and accurate advice, and ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and student-centred.

Salary is $62,200 plus 12% superannuation, This role operates across multiple campuses within Box Hill Institute.

About the role

You'll play a key role in delivering responsive, student-centred services across multiple campuses and channels.

What you'll do:

  • Provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact
  • Support prospective and current students with course enquiries, enrolments, and payments
  • Process student administration tasks including enrolments, records, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and student management systems
  • Collaborate with teams across the Institute to ensure a seamless student experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient service delivery
  • What you'll bring:

    • Experience in administration and/or customer service (education sector desirable)
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
    • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
    • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
    • Experience with CRM or student systems (desirable)
    • Flexibility to work across campuses and adapt to changing requirements
    • A collaborative, team-focused approach aligned with BHI values
