In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you'll support students at every stage of their journey - from first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, provide clear and accurate advice, and ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and student-centred.
You'll thrive on building connections, solving problems, and creating a seamless experience that helps students feel supported, informed, and confident in their next steps.
Salary is $62,200 plus 12% superannuation, This role operates across multiple campuses within Box Hill Institute.
