About the role:

At Box Hill Institute, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can seamlessly blend insight-led marketing with strong stakeholder engagement to drive real impact across one of Australia's leading TAFE providers.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with students, industry, and community-translating business goals into powerful campaigns that build brand, drive enrolments, and position us for the future of education.

This is an ongoing opportunity based at our Box Hill Campus. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and sits within the Marketing business unit of the Student Experience portfolio.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Partner with faculties, recruitment teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation and beyond
  • Use data and insights to drive student engagement, leads and growth
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns and optimise performance
  • Manage agency partners, suppliers, and marketing budgets

About you:

  • Experience in TAFE, higher education, or education marketing
  • Degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business
  • Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to manage and track advertising budgets to maximise brand performance and lead generation
  • An experienced people leader, able to mentor and manage the Marketing Business Partner and Schools Relationship Coordinator to support their professional growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into action
  • Experience delivering campaigns that drive measurable outcomes
  • Confident communicator who can work across all levels of an organisation

  • Victorian Working with Children Check clearance
  • National Police Check clearance
