What You'll Be Doing
- Administer and optimise SharePoint Online and our enterprise Document Management System
- Manage site architecture, content types, metadata, permissions and governance controls
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate and Power Apps
- Develop workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and compliance
- Lead migration validation, data integrity and platform optimisation activities
- Provide expert Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting and technical advice
- Support Microsoft Purview, records management, retention and compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience administering SharePoint Online in a complex enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Architecture
- Information Architecture & Metadata
- Permissions & Security Models
- Power Automate & Power Platform
- Records Management & Information Governance
- Experience supporting DMS implementations, migrations and system optimisation
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Microsoft Purview experience
- PowerShell scripting
- ShareGate migration tools
- Microsoft certifications
- AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness experience.
