You'll also build strong internal and external partnerships, promote scholarship and knowledge sharing, support teaching awards and grant opportunities, and lead BHI's involvement in relevant government initiatives. As a people leader, you'll empower a high-performing team and create an environment where collaboration, accountability and new ideas are encouraged.

About you:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance
