About the role
Talent Acquisition is a strong focus within our People Plan, and we're changing the way we recruit.
We're moving away from reactive hiring and towards recruitment that's proactive, intentional and purposeful.
That means better conversations with hiring managers. Better hiring decisions. Better candidate experiences. And a Talent Acquisition approach that helps us attract the people we need for the future.
You'll help make that happen.
You'll help bring our new recruitment strategy to life, influence the way we recruit across the organisation and help build a more strategic approach to attracting and selecting talent.
And through it all, the candidate is at the heart of what we do. Because great recruitment isn't only about who we hire. It's also about how people experience us along the way. Every interaction matters, whether someone ultimately joins us or not.
If you're passionate about great recruitment, helping create what comes next, love partnering with hiring managers and want an opportunity where you can genuinely make a difference, this is a great time to join.
