About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work at Box Hill Institute as our Health Services Technician. This is a casual opportunity (approximately 0.4FTE, two days per week) based primarily at our Box Hill Campus. This position reports directly to the Manager, Health Programs and sits within the Faculty of Health, Community and Life Sciences.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment, consumables, and simulation spaces used to deliver on-campus courses offered by the department. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Engaging with suppliers
- Collaborating closely with teachers and coordinators
This vital support role ensures the smooth delivery of classes and contributes directly to maintaining high teaching standards and student success.
About you:

- You have experience working within a relevant health or aged care sector g. hospital, aged care facility, dentist, etc.
- You are a strong team player, with strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and flexibility
- Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance
