About the role:
Box Hill Institute is looking for enthusiastic Allied Health Assistance Teachers to inspire students and shape the next generation of health professionals.

You will need to hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory), along with relevant industry qualifications and experience.
* The successful candidate will receive the appropriate Position Description/be classified at the appropriate Casual Level as set out in the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2024 (refer below descriptors), upon commencement with BHI.
- Level 1.1 Teacher requirement: Gaining an approved Certificate IV from TAE Training Package with no teaching experience
- Level 1.2 - 1.3 Teacher requirement: Certificate IV qualified teacher from TAE Training Package with up to 12months teaching experience (L1.2) or with more than 12 months teaching experience (L1.3)
- Level 2 Teacher requirement: Cert.IV qualified teacher (with at least 12 months teaching exp.) who is gaining AQF5 qualification with OR completed AQF5 qualification with at least 12 months' teaching experience
- Level 3 teacher requirement: Cert.IV or Diploma qualified teacher (with at least 12 months teaching exp.) who is gaining AQF6 qualification; OR completed AQF6 teaching qualification or above with at least 12 months teaching experience

To be considered for this position, you must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
