About the role:

We have an opportunity to work at Box Hill Institute as our Academic Course Manager - Graduate Certificate in Adult and Vocational Education - (YISF) Course Delivery.

This is a part-time, fixed-term opportunity to July 2026, based at our Elgar Rd, Box Hill Campus. This position reports directly to the Associate Professor - Head of Business and ICT, and sits within the Biosecurity, Education & Community Services area of the College of Higher Education.

You will manage and lead teaching and learning activities to ensure high quality innovative programs, relevant and engaging learning resources and excellent training delivery to students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Adult and Vocational Education - YISF Course Delivery. Success in the position will result in a high performing and engaged team, student achievement and improved education and employment outcomes.

The College offers a Graduate Certificate in Adult and Vocational Education for onshore students and a Graduate Certificate in Adult and Vocational Education - YISF Course Delivery online for students based in China, with a strong focus on applied learning, industry relevance, and academic excellence.

The salary for this role is $130,268 per annum, pro rata, plus 12% superannuation.

About you:

• You will hold a minimum AQF 9 qualification, specialising in Vocational Education and Training, such as a PhD or master's degree.

• A vocational qualification, such as a Certificate IV TAE, Diploma, or other relevant qualifications.
• To be considered for this position, you must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
