In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll deliver engaging, industry-aligned training for students in the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, empowering them with the practical skills, knowledge, and pathways they need to excel in a competitive sector.
As part of the Management team within the Faculty of Creative, Business and Technology, you'll champion student achievement across our Real Estate programs - creating strong connections to meaningful employment and further study while contributing to high-quality vocational education.

This is a casual opportunity. Salary range aligns to the current MEA: L1 - L3 $90.07 - $97.31 per hour (dependent on qualifications & experience).
About you:

You have relevant industry experience in Real Estate.
You bring real-world insights into the classroom, enriching student learning with practical examples from your time out in industry.
Your passion for teaching shines through in every lesson, and your ability to connect theory with practice helps students build confidence and prepare for success in their chosen field.
Your teaching approach is adaptable, inclusive, and focused on student success. With a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards, you are dedicated to maintaining vocational relevance and delivering high-quality education. You're confident in using administrative and learning management systems, you're highly organised and excel at building positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this position, you must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
