BAC is seeking a Finance Shared Services Administrator to join our supportive and warm team! This role will provide real variety in your day to day tasks supporting Australia’s 3rd largest Airport!
In this role, your primary focus will be to support our accounts payable and receivable roles while assisting other functions within the Shared Services team in the areas of debtor management, reporting, corporate credit card reconciliation and month end accounting and reconciliation tasks. The role will also be involved in non-BAU ‘project’ activity, in support of the Shared Services Transformation Strategy.
This is a permanent full-time role to start as soon as possible based at our Skygate head office.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include
- Assist the Accounts Payable Administrator with invoice processing through the OCR AP system, Rapid AP, and respond to supplier queries via email within SLA timeframe.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Administrator with full accounts receivable function including, but not limited to, reconciliation of all debtors, payment/receipting allocations, timely collection of debt, assessment of overdue debtor accounts, bank guarantee/other security deposit requirements, resolve unallocated payments and process all credit note requests in accordance with the delegation of authority framework.
- Manage and reconcile the Corporate Credit Card transactions monthly.
- Support and back fill the other Shared Services roles, including the Accounts Payable Administrator, Accounts Receivable Administrator and the Finance & Receivable Officer role.
- Support the business with the development of policies and procedures related to Shared Services (e.g.: receivables, collections and payables).
Experience and qualifications
Essential
- Experience in a similar end to end financial services roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
