The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on Site Supervisor role where you’ll be right at the heart of a major commercial construction project, coordinating trades, driving daily site activity and setting the standard for safety, quality and performance. You’ll work closely with experienced site leaders and subcontractors, taking ownership of your work zone while building strong relationships and keeping works running smoothly. It’s an ideal opportunity for a proactive supervisor who enjoys fast‑paced sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site activities across Services, Façade and Finishes to meet programme, quality and safety targets
  • Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring works align with drawings, specifications and sequencing
  • Champion site safety through checks, toolbox talks and compliance with HSE requirements
  • Maintain accurate site records, diaries, inspections and day‑to‑day site documentation
  • Act as a key on‑site communicator, supporting issue resolution, minor IR matters and team coordination

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience supervising works on medium to large commercial construction projects
  • Experience as a Site Supervisor, across: Structures, Services, Façade and Finishes
  • Trade background with strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Hands‑on experience coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities to programme
  • Solid working knowledge of safety, quality and compliance requirements on active construction sites
