The Opportunity

This is where you step up as a Project Engineer. At Built, you’ll take ownership of key project packages, work on complex, high-profile builds and be trusted to drive outcomes from day one — backed by a team that supports you to grow quickly and deliver at a high standard.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time and on budget — working closely with Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors to drive performance across every stage of delivery.

  • Manage key project packages from procurement through to delivery and close-out
  • Drive programme performance by identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure works are delivered to plan
  • Support cost control by managing variations, forecasting and reporting
  • Contribute to a strong site culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience as a Project Engineer (or similar) within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, contracts and construction methodology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
