The Opportunity
As a Planner (or Senior Planner), you’ll play a key role in setting projects up for success and keeping them on track from bid through to delivery. You’ll work closely with project teams and key stakeholders, providing clear, practical planning insight that supports better decision making on site and across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage project programmes across tender, baseline and construction phases
- Work alongside project and site teams to shape sequencing, methodologies and delivery strategies
- Proactively identify risks and delays, helping teams stay ahead of challenges and keep projects moving
- Support time-related commercial outcomes, including delay analysis and extensions of time
- Build strong relationships across teams while mentoring others and contributing to best practice planning
Success in this role looks like programmes that are clear, realistic and actively used — giving teams confidence to deliver and drive strong project outcomes.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical planning expertise and the ability to influence and lead projects across.
- 6+ years’ experience in planning, project engineering or construction roles, ideally across complex or large-scale building construction projects
- Proven ability to lead and deliver planning outcomes across both tender and delivery phases
- Advances experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or MS Project
